I visited the showroom at jalandhar, punjab (Kosmo vehicles) on 18/09/2020 to purchase a bike hero passion pro 110cc. I asked for red colour bike. The sale executive ms sabhya told me that red colour will be available on booking only. I came to showroom for this on 21/09/2020 and put a booking for desired colour vide receipt no. 3701 for rs. 100/-, but after two days i was called to deposit rs. 5000/- to get my bike. I against came showroom on 23/09/2020 and deposit rs. 5000/- vide receipt no. 3563 and was promised that booking has been done with hero company and i will get bike within 7-10 days.
On 30/09/2020 i called to know the status of delivery of bike but didn’t get any response. On 1/10/2020 sale executive informed me that a lot of new bikes received yesterday, didn’t have the selected colour, it has 6 nos. Black colours bikes. I have to wait for some more time.
Today i talked to branch head at kosmo vehicles, jalandhar, punjab. She told me that she had made the booking two times with hero company, but neither they sent bike nor explaining the reason for non delivery. This is not a professionalism. Hero has to deliver the bike by committed time.
Now you are advised to confirm the delivery of bike by or before coming friday (9th oct, 2020) or you will have to return the booking amount of rs. 5, 100/- with interest. Was this information helpful? |
