Hero Motocorp — Not providing vehicle accessories | |
It's very irresponsible part of hero moto corp authority... I have bought passion pro motor bike on 25th may 2020, During the lock down period the showroom authority didn't offer a discount of single rupee however delivered the vehicle after paying full said amount without providing accessories till today, and for any queries they simply dragging the days by saying materials are not in stock. Customer experience is worst in sri sai hero showroom, tumkur district, karnataka state.. I request u kindly take necessary action to fulfill customer satisfaction.
