Hero Motocorp — Not satisfied with the service of my bike | |||
I have hero passion x pro bike. I have got service this bike at Aan automobile (kuwadva road, rajkot), the authorized service station of Hero motorcorp, on 29/05/2021. I got the delivery of my bike on 31/05/2021. When I have collected my bike after service it was not working well. It was doing more noise than before I have serviced it. Then I immediately gone to the service station and I came to know it is because of the mistake done by the mechanic while fitting the parts. Then they have started solving it and in between this they started taking lunch and rest. Nearly 3 hrs I have to wait there then they have given me my bike. And just I reach to my home again the bike is started making noise. After that very next day i.e. 1/6/2021 I have registered one complain on the complain number of the company ([protected]) and the customer executive have said me that my complaint has been registered but I didn't get any complain number. And no any kind of procedure has been done by the company. So on next day i.e. 2/6/2021 I have again contacted on the same number and again registered my complaint and then the person has given me the complaint number that is[protected] and told me that the problem has been solved within 48 hours. But still today i.e. 4/6/2021 there is no any kind of contact from the company or the service center. I think No one should purchase the vehicles from Hero motorcorp.
