Can you suggest me what is the process of https://eshop.heromotocorp.com/ website, We have booked a bike from #eshop on Order Date: June 1, 2022 and my payment has been debited from my account but we don't receive my bike and the dealer tell me amount not receive yet so we receive payment then will process for your bike booking and delivery,
So my question is why payment not credit to dealer and very bad feedback of Eshop Website, no any proper support from the customer care i don't like their service of Eshop,
(And you are not able to deliver my bike then kindly cancel my booking and process for my all amount refund.)
