Hello,
I have brought hero honda extreme 2014 model chasis no: mblkc14abegg08483. Servive is the most integral part of the company and i am not satisfied with your service.
10 days before i got problem in central lock and i gave my bike for service at yuva motors, faridabad. They have words that we don't have parts right now, we will order parts may be it will take 1month or more but if you yourself buys these parts it will be good.
Then i registered a compaint on hero motocorp on 7/10/2017 friday "compain no:[protected]" but till now not get a single call for solution even i made 2 calls from my side regarding my compaint and the customer care executive not giving me a perticular date when my bike will be rectify. Even they are saying you can register compaint against us too no issue but it will take time to repair your bike.
Then i asked about hero distributer from customer care executive and called the distributer at hissar, haryana and karol bagh, new delhi they said they have parts and asked me to collect part from there anytime.
So my question is when i can get the part from your distributer in just 1 day then why you are not able to collect it.
I work in mobile industry if get compaint in phone we rectify in maximum 3 days because we know service is the integral part of company.
I have recorded call of customer care executive that i will further mail to higher authorities and to consumer court also.
Please take service seriously and do the needful.
