I bought my xpulse200 years back when it launched, by finishing the 2nd free service from tirur hero center I was not happy with there services because of the poor service quality faced by me and my friend with the same bike issues. So I decided I don't want guarantee from hero and took my bike to good workshop, I willingly avoided your guarantee program because of only that issue, but still today i was not regretted with my decision, I spend my own money very time there is an issue with the bike if there is any parts replacement needed and all .
Yesterday my bikes shock absorber got Brocken, I was shocked to hear that I am the last one who has not changed shock absorber from our first batch.any way I decided to change it from the original hero showroom and went to the same showroom by believing maybe it will be all good by now with there services and all, so without guarantee I changed my shock absorber along with some other issues like changing cletch cable and re fitting head light etc..
I just got my bike by evening 6 pm and leaved from there immediately because I have trip scheduled, and just now I realized the light source from headlight is very low so when I looked I noticed that the headlight is fitted upside down and the clutch cable or free raising is still there. Just now I'm writing this complaint to you while sitting on my bike by the road side reaching for some help from strangers at a place that is unknown to me,
What can I say, may be its all my mistake to take it to the hero showroom,
am not looking for an explanation, I am looking for an solution. Tell me what should I do
