Hero Motocorp — Poor servicing and no action after complaints | |||
Hello I given my bike karizma for servicing yesterday in showroom..my bike have I added extra horn..after servicing horn is not working and I told to service manager. He took again my bike inside the showroom and he given my bike like as it is. I registered complaint to hero motor. After complaints i got call from regional office. But that is useful call...they were telling me about something irrelevant, second day i got call from showroom. They were telling sir next time we will do your bike servicing good. And all. But this time what you did. And after that call in afternoon i got msg from hero. Your complaint is resolved. My bike horn still not ok..and how my Complaint solve...???? This is system in hero motor. My complaint no.[protected] No action still yet. Pls tell me any important person contact in hero so I can forword my complaint at next level.
