Hero Motocorp — Problem facing during lock of fuel tank of duet

I have purchased Duet in the month of jan'17 2017. I am facing a lot of problem during lock and open of fuel tank.

My scooter has provided 1 free services in hero authorised service centre.they have done temprory solution.

Still today i am facing the same problem and my fuel tank is remain open until i will go workshop for repairing it.

I need permanant solution, so that i will be trouble free riding.

Looking towards your urgent support and permanent solution.

Duet ka locker se fuel tank cable break ho gaya hai ab uske wajah se mera protrol tank open nahi ho raha jis wajah se mai scooty use nahi kar pa raha hu.
Local market service centre me cable nahi mil raha hai in patna 1 month ho gaya hai please help
Kaha milega koi bata do hero ke tollfree no baare bhi kuchh ni bata rahe hai
Please kahi mil sakta hai to jatur reply dena
Jo new scooty lene wale hai wo please duet na esse bas appka paise fas ke rah jayega kuuki eska koi part matket me nahi hai na hi service center me mai fas chuka hu .

I have purchased Duet in the month of NOV 2016. I am facing a lot of problem during lock and open of fuel tank.

My scooter has provided 3 free services in hero authorised service centre, I am not satisfied with that service, even performance was poor and it was for namesake.Within the service period battery was not working properly, I used to start by kick only every morning.So only i have replaced with new battery and maintenance cost is too heavy .Moreover this scooter is not suggestable.

i have purchased hero duet in June 2016. now petrol tank lock cable is cut.
i ask all shops in Coimbatore - suguna automobiles, mrg motors. there is no stock. they reply it will come one week later. but still is not there. 16.4.18 is cut.

Fuel tank lock is not closing, and after my 4th service speedometer was stop working in the service center they replaced the cable very upset about this scooter
