Myself Mr. Rajendra Panigrahi, I am owner of a xpulse 200 bike. I am facing problem regarding the rear shock absorbers. The service center told to replace it but they don't have spares. I booked for a new rear shock absorbers on[protected] at shiva auto sales, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. Till date there is no progress. Everytime I ask the service center the reason for delay, they say the spares not available. It's now going to be two months I am unable to use the bike. It's a disappointment that hero can't provide spares for its premium category bikes. So please advice me what to do. My contact number is [protected].
