Hero Motocorp — RC not received yet and we are unable to take insurance claim.

I had purchased new splendor+I3s motor cycle on dated 21/01/2021. It was lapsed approx 45 days from purchase but yet we have not received Registration certificate of my motor cycle. Due to some mishappening my motor cycle get damaged in road accident so that i have to apply for insurance claim. But i am unable to apply for insurance claim due to R.C. Please issue me R.C of my vehicle asap.
I have enclosed the invoice of purchase for your ready reference.
