Hero Motocorp — refund issue : xpulse 200 (cushion assy rear).

I Sharik Saudagar has purchased Xpluse 200 on 08/10/2019 and in with in 6 month my bike Cushion Assy Rear was having problem i visited to HM motors Panvel on 08/12/2020 and showed them they told me that company warranty is only for 1 year the 1 year year period is expired on 07/10/2020.Hence they requested me to pay Rs.5, 500/- for the new.

I have visited a few other service centers of Hero and I came to know that the warranty from Hero is not for 1 years it is for 5 year therefore, I request you to take action on HM Motors and I want a refund from them.

Attached Bill copy of Cushion Assy Rear purchased from HM motors on 08/12/2020.
