Dear team,
I have purchased new hero bike on 29 sep2019 vehicle no. Rj20vs9000.
In feb2020 i had visited for 2nd free services and it was done. Post that due to lockdown and being out of the town i was not able to visit for 3rd free service.
I visited for service at kota motors service centre kota on 18 jul 2020 and the team officials behaved very abruptly and when i concerned about my 3rd service they refused for the same and done 4th free service while 3rd one is skipped without any reason.
King take corrective action against the same or will directly complain at pmo against this incident.
