Hero Motocorp — reg - noc still now not received after completion of all my payments

I have paid all my monthly emi's without pending. Now my payments are all cleared from my side, but kk auto financial company from narayana industry area, new delhi - 28 are neglecting my queries and you are the peoples who have referred it as the distributor. Only due to the brand name hero, we are purchasing vehicles from you, but your linking members. Are not responding

Your staffs are not responding and even your customer care number is engaged all the time from the date of 02.11.2019 till now.

My issue has to be cleared.
