I book my new glamour xtec on 8aug 2021 by hard cash, retailer told me that your cash back will be announced on 10th aug as we know hero completed 10 years as a HERO brand after 10 aug i contact showroom where I purchased my bike I.e. Kashinath jalan belaisa azamgarh. But showroom manager deny to give my cash back amount. I am working in varanasi so I can't visit showroom, I request HERO that my problem resolve as soon as possible.
