Hero Motocorp — regarding registration certificate | |||
Dear i am valuable customer of heromotocorp from past 5 yearsbut now i am facing the issue when i purchased a new hero maestro edge. The dealer took more than 4 months to provide me the registration certificate that too with my wrong name. When i complaint regarding this issue he took the original registration certificate and told me in a rudely manner "are koi baat nahi sahi ho k aa jayega thoda time lagega" is this the way to deal with customers.
