I would like to inform that i purchased my hero xpulse 200 in name of Mayank Beria from BHUYAN HERO, WEST JAMUNA ROAD, SIVSAGAR, ASSAM, 785640 ON 15-3-21
I did my 1st servicing on 23-4-21 and for some health regarding issue i couldnt complete my 2nd servicing and did the next servicing on 25-12-21
and the next servicing on 2-4-22 and the next servicing on 18-4-22( service centre charged me 800 bucks as they told me i couldnt avail free service anymore)
on 16th april 2022 my monoshockabsorber started malfunctioning and got bad. service centre informed me to change the monoshock absorber and told me that it would cost extra 6-7k. kindly look into this matter as it has been hardly an year since the purchase of my vehicle and i cant afford to buy this part for extra 6-7k. i would be more than happy if it got replaced under warrantee.
As the service centre told me to place a order for this part i placed that order on 18-4-22 and its been more than a month, yet the part hasnot arrived the service centre. kindly look into this matter Was this information helpful? |
