[Resolved]  Hero Motocorp — Regarding self start of bike.

I had purchased splendor plus self start on dated 14.08.2018 from Suryanshu Automobiles Orai distt. Jalaun (U.P.) The registration no of my bike is UP92Z5138. After 04 to 05 months of purchase I got a problem in bike regarding self start. I had complaint lots of time on my servicing days about starting problem in the morning specialy. But Suryanshu service centre not taken it seriously. They always told me that now it is all right and there is no problem in self start. After two more complaints in servicing they told me that your battery is damaged and it is to be changed. After my argument they changed my battery in warranty period with new one. But after few months the same problem occurred again. Again I had complaint that again my bike is not being start with self. I often start it by kick. But my complain was not taken seriously.
When in second last service and in last service on dated 16.07.2021 I complain for self start they said again that your battery is damaged and you have purchase new battery.
I want know how it is possible that within less than 02 years my 02 new batteries are damaged. It is not believable because other bikes older than me are using same battery which was fitted at the time of purchase and I used 02 new batteries.
I feel that they are not checking my bike seriously. They never check self button or charging motor of my bike. It is might be possible that my battery is not being charged properly in running position. Their behavior is also not very good.
I request you to please take this complaint seriously and make sure to solve my problem as early as possible otherwise I have to move for complaint to other higher level.

Regarding my complaint no action has been taken from Suryanshu Automobile Orai till date.it Problem of my bike not resolved yet. Neither mail nor phone I have received.

I have purchased hero passion pro bs6 for last year July 1st.. last four months I have starting trouble issue faced... I was informed service center (ARR MOTORS, NELLIKUPPAM - 607 105)no use... This issue informed to service center 3 service done by us no improvement.
My cash only waste... many times more stress due to this issue.. My bike number TN 31 CV 2471.
