Hi I was purchase bike in exchange offer at singla agencies (Prahladpur, badarpur delhi) on date of 07/09/2017, today again goes for (X-pulse 200) exchange offer but my previous bike not transfer for second buyer, if any type of getting misshaping wo will responsible, how can i believe, I request to all please do rc transfer for bike using person.
