Hero Motocorp — Registration has not completed by dealer after 12 days of purchase

I have purchased Galmour-Drum version having below details:
Engine No: JA07ACL9J03744
Chassis No: BMLJAW155L9J03865
Purchase date: 12/12/2020.

I have paid total 89000 for this bike, where 71673 is Ex. Show room price and remining are for RTO+insurance. I have not received any message on mobile about registration has completed or not. I am calling to dealer number, They are not picking the phone, they are reading the WhatsApp message but not responding.
I am highly unsatisfied with this unprofessional behavior of dealer.

Please do the needful step with dealer, so that my issue gets resolved and in future they behave professionally with customer.
