Gentle reminder,
With due to respect & humble this is ram niwas gautam from delhi. I would like to say that i am not happy with my bike (Passion pro). I have purchased from sapphire bikes l104-105. Gf, lajpat nagar-2, new delhi. Since from 22/05/20,
Invoice no:-12050be20s27. Please find the all relevant document as an attachment.
I was very knee to look forward passion pro. I had purchased my bike in very crucial time or in global pandemic. The problem created is in bike, its suddenly has been stop while running. They came created a problem after first serving.
Then i been there second time in service centre & they kept my bike 05 days (Service centre:- same above address). They only change fuel pump & fuel injector, they return as it is in same condition with not desired quality & not standard and well as no changes. Again same problem created. Next day again i been there service centre they told to me keep one week bike for serviceing.in service center for my bike some parts were not available. I have all document or job related done from service centre. (Jc number:[protected]rjc[protected]. How's possible i keep my bike one week. I am self employed and i fell very trouble to move delhi to gurgaon. There is no point either those who working their & not doing a job properly or irresponsible. I daily conversation with service centre but no response come from thier side.
So, please request you to replace my bike or resolve solution. As i facing the lack of quality problem you need this to be resolved at the earliest.
I hope that you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
