Respected sir/madam, I'm debasis ghorui from bankura. I purchased hf deluxe on 10th aug. I asked the sales person to tell me the actual price with 1st party insurance, he said 63800/-. But they provide me 1year 1st party and 4 year 3rd party. Beside this when i reached bankura rto, i saw my documents was wrong. They wrote wrong father name. It was saturday when i bought the bike, sales man gave me a manual bill for this bike. Sir i purchased the bike with full cash payment. So it was not a big problem to buy 1st party insurance. Job card number 8557 maharajah motors under diya motors. Fork shakes and as usual General checkup was my complaint. But they're didn't fixed my complaints and chain is over taited. Important thing is yet not get my service book. Am so sad about it. Kindly take nessesry actions plz

This was my 2nd free service, I'm never expected from hero motocorp, now like a bysickle when i riding, if they're giving my service book i gave some other dealer for service. But they didn't
Somvanshi hero corp Shankargarh PRAYAGRAJ. service is very poor and time consuming.it takes whole day for customers for the service.
