Hero Motocorp — self start of my scooty is not working even though many times it was repaired in your showroom

I brought pleasure scooty in 2014.. It worked for 1yr without any prblm.. Then d problem started.. Self start is not working.. I gave for repair in showroom so many times.. They use to tell that wire has gone, this part has gone and changed so many of my bike parts.. But still it's not working.. Almost for 5 times i gave for repair.. They charged so much for those parts but the problem of my scooty was not rectified..
