Dear sir, I bag to say that I have bought hero pleasure new mobile scooter in Dec 2020 and due to some problem I haven't done service criteria of 15 month of 5 service but I have done 3 services in due months and I got a problem and still the service centre or agency just giving the excuse and fake really fake for a urban areas ... sir my point is just that to be trusted because we all like hero but if we buy any vehicle then after that why your behavior is change ur terms and conditions is change you should trust tell it before of purchase I got problem that's why I wrought a text msg ... just it but my personal view hero is not trusted as comparison to other companies
