Dear sir, I've purchased my scooty (Hero pleasure plus) on 16 march. My vehicle number is up70 ff 6660. From the first day, the service people are neither providing me any facilities nor helping me. The brake is not working, the kick starting and auto starting both is not working, the average is also very low as they assured me for a good one. They are not talking nicely with me. I'm a working person, and i've purchased this scooty by my savings but now i'm really regretting that why i didn't go with activa. Service provider told me when you would get service then auto or kick start would work properly. One service they did but the problem is still there. My humble request to you, please tell the service people at least show some honesty with their work and respect to customers. I've purchased my scooty to ease my problem, to facilitate myself not to bring a headache for me. Please tell them to provide me better service so that i can suggest others to go with hero. Otherwise i would just recommend to others never go with pleasure or any vehicle of hero. Kindly consider my problem and help me out. Was this information helpful? | |||
