It's being four times since May 20 I am complaining about that my bike (Maestro edge TS11EH8278) has starting problem. Everytime I give to check and again in few months same problem. I have in May, Oct, Dec and again in Jan. And in Jan my bike stopped on the way to office and I had to pull it to bring back home. Despite of such expensive services everytime (look at the bill everytime I am paying becoz everytime a new solution is given.) am not getting any solution
Apart from that, this time in Jan when service people took my bike, I explicitly told that I don't want routine service. Despite of that they did servicing and wheel balancing without asking me !! And again huge bill.
This is very very pathetic service and very unprofessional service people. I keep calling them asking about the problem and bill which they don't tell me and when I go to connect bike, they give me a long list of services. When I gave bike, fuel tank should have been full as I filled petrol 3 days back. But while collecting the bike, only one bar left that too blinking. This is unacceptable.
