Iam Yagnabalaji from guntur andhra pradesh. I buyed a motorcycle on May14th 2021. From the day of buying the bike I have an issue with bike seat but no one is taking action on it. Day before yesterday it means 21th oct 2021 I completed my 3rd service. Really iam saying I didn't expect this type of service in any of the motorcycle showrooms. They are not doing a good service . they do service without cleaning the bike. From this 3 services they didn't wash my bike and saying unwanted reasons like members are not attented, we ate not willing to do this cleaning etc etc... Without cleaning any of the part of bike they charge payment for service I will upload the bills and date for bike given to service epoint every thing..
Its my 2nd complaint against my problem. Without solving the issue they close the ticket which is raised from my side... I need a perfect service or else company should pay compensation for this type behaviour with there customers... Was this information helpful? |
