Hero Motocorp — service charge and faulty battery

Please note i have purchased splendor ismart 110 hero form your company jaasodha auto pvt. Ltd in 2017 january from gurgoan
My vechile is only 10000 km used
So my complaint is that since the servicing was provided by the company there were minimum charges taken, and as soon as the service got over the charges became double rate
Now they tell the battery is finished and you have to get the new battery done??? How is it possible that the battery finished in 1 year

So please find the attached bill for your confirmation that is it geniun or there is some overcharging in the amont

now they tell the BATTERY IS FINISHED and you have to get the new BATTERY DONE ????????????how is it possible that the battery finished in 1 year
