Bought a new bike six months ago and facing lots of problem in bike. Visited the showroom many times but they always misbehave and threaten us that they will not change the self starter until we go to delaer from where we bought the bike, imagine hero is not providing us with satisfy service. Self was changed after a 20 days of complaint after roaming aroundthe service dealer all day long, this is not the appropriate way to provide service and harass the customer. Who will pay for our daily visit to showroom. And the changes for using public transport instead of bike. We regret buying hero bike and definitely not going to suggest it to anyone. We don't go to showroom to insult ourself. I think this kind of behavior will not run the long way for the dealer. Really feel bad everytime we visit the showroom and quite insulting. Its an kind request to take the bike back, we are really tired of bike and taking it to showroom everyday for other faults, you are not providing service even under warranty, what will happen when warranty expires. Its an kind request to take bike back as it causing many difficulties in warranty period.
