My scooter met with an accident and was taken for service in Hero dealer but they insisted the service and told me manually will provide me the service estimate, go and take approval on your own from the Insurance provider. For manually doing things why should I renew the insurance from the hero insurance brokers and give the vehicle to your authorized dealer Focuz bi wheeler in Kochi, Kerala. policy number 3005/48153557/10087/000. Customer care team is also insisted to register the compalint. Already in their webiste it is mentioned for the authorized dealer service no need to do manually. Really poor service and worst custoemr care team. In between the call also disconnecting.
