On 10/12/2021 Pleasure Plus scooter did not start with self button. I tried to kick start but that was also created problem as it was stuck. I called the service in where I am giving my scooter for past months for its servicing. They said to come with the scooter and I went. After diagnosis on 13/12/2021 they said the battery needs to changed, there is oil leakage happening and they asked whether I am not going to them for the servings, to which I denied and provided them the proof of slips.
Then they told me to keep my scooter in the center for its repair. Meanwhile Dec 23/2021 is the fifth servicing date so i asked them if they can complete it also. They said yes. In the receipt I wrote all the problems that i was facing with the scooter and submitted my scooter and papers to them. Later they called and said the exide battery is in warrenty and will be replaced and they have done the process. They asked me to take the scooter and use. When I went to take the scooter i found that it is as it was before I gave them with all the complains. I am a lady and it is problem for me to kick start it. I told this to them. They said they have changed with a temporary battery until exide sents them a new one and said after two days o[censored]se the self start will work. Now it is not two days, it is five days that i have been using this scooter, I have got bruishes in my legs while kick starting it. Sometimes I take help from random people to start it.
The servicing which was there pending(5th servicing)as they said that it was possible is not done.
Tomorrow is 23 Dec 2021 and I will have to again take my scooter to the service center following the same process again.
