I'm sunil kumar (My contact no [protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com) customer of hero (Mastero edge). I am going for servicing of my scooter as mentioned above at indica hero agency, chirawa on 19 may 20. At the time of job card i have highlighted the following issues to above workshop :-
(A) replace a wiser.
(B) a heavy noise in back wheel.
(C) rear view mirror.
(D) kick issue.
Accordingly i got a msg from your veh is ready. At the time of delivery i'm facing the following issues :-
(A) they have not replace wiser saying that the not have in stock.
(B) not resolve noise issue.
(C) not repair mirror.
(D) kick repair but not in proper manner.
(E) scooter not washed properly.
(E) they have not ask me about happy/unhappy code. But they have accept after my complain.
(F) not senitized veh and no senitization kept at workshop for customers as per covid-19 pandemic guidelines.
