[Resolved] Hero Motocorp — Service issues against Warranty | |||||
Ref: vehicle no. wb20ae4001, frame no. mblja06addgj02511 & engine no. ja06eejdgj10364 My bike engine has been found defective during warranty period. so want to claim for repair but the service dealer (sitala auto care & service) checked my bike-history report and refused my claim due to my two free services have been failed and oil top-up not been done in between 6000 km to 27000 km, but they don't want to give history report to me. As per my observation history report is not correct or data has been missing as communicated by the service dealer. So request you to arrange for history report (note - i have repeatedly asked for the same to service dealer but they don't respond). moreover attached herewith email correspondence.
