Hero Motocorp — service issues

This is belal sha.
I did this complaint from my personal mail id but i don't get any response from you sothat i paste the same here.
I was purchased a hero ismart of 100cc from my home location at-pipili, dist-puri, state-odisha, pin-752104.
It's still having many problems and i don't get any one time solution from your service centre.
As informed your service manager for provide me superior service.
The service manager is very nice person but i think there mechanics are very stupid.
Last time a mechanic take my bike for his personal work after servicing...
So please give me the solutions as soon as possible because my free servicing periods are gone from last month...
