I have a KARIZMA R model with REG NO-JH 15D 5574 which got accident last month. I approached to BANSAL hero showroom, DEOGHAR, JHARKHAND for parts damaged but till date they could not confirm that parts will be available or not. My insurance claim was rejected by CHOLA insurance due to delay of repairing. Please suggest what should I do and what was my fault?
