I have purchased the Hero Passion Pro from Singla Hero Agency. I gave my bike details below:

I have a few complaints about the staff's behavior and the service that requires your attention.
1. I keep visiting Singla for my bike service regularly. Every time, when I call them to book my appointment they ask me to come directly after insisting as I am working and I have to take off from the office. After explaining these details, they book my appointment. Above all, when I arrive at the service station for bike service, I had to wait for a long. The above point is of the previous cases.
2. I called singla agency on Jan 21, the call is answered by Mr. Sanjay and He talked to me very rudely with me and then cut the call and did not book my appointment.
3. Later, I received a call from the agency to book my appointment. Now today (Jan 10, 2022), I visited the agency at the scheduled time (ie: 1:30PM). I got my bike washed at 0210 PM, after that I kept on waiting for the person to come to take my bike for service. The agent came at 0400 PM (after 02 hrs approximately) after I talked to Sandeep Bhardwaj. If he is not there I may have to wait for another unknown span of time.
This is the very unprofessional way in the agency that I faced. Do you guys only speak politely or give services timely when we have to buy a new vehicle otherwise you are not bothered to talk to your clients politely. Once they have bought the vehicle, you have no responsibility of service towards your customers.
