Hero Motocorp — starting problem in new maestro edge

I purchased new maestro one month before but its not working properly
Self start not working
Auto missing when drive the vehicle
I gave it for service in matoria hero on 16/11/2017 but not delivered return by the said authorized service centre.
They said that they unable to repair falt and also said that it is manufactoring defect.
Plz do needful
