Dear sir,
Sub : vehicle servicing – ap 31 am 1204 – cd deluxe.
It deeply pains me to pen this letter. I have been availing your services for the past few years. I don’t certify your services as exceptionally good, all i can say is that it is just mediocre. This conclusion has been arrived at by my own experience. This has raised enough apprehensions which are being mentioned below.
1. Are your service mechanics technically qualified?
2. Have they been adequately trained to handle service problems?
3. Is the vehicle road worthy after service?
4. Whenever a component has been replaced due to wear and tear, why is it that the corresponding or inter – linked components giving away? Thus, leading to additional repairs and burden to the customer’s purse.
5. Whenever the same issue is discussed, a concession is provided in the service charge but what about the cost of the component? It has to be ultimately borne by the customer/vehicle owner.
6. Is it really justified for the customer to be penalized for the inefficient service of your staff?
7. Why are the components wearing away within a couple of months? Are the spares of sub-standard quality?
8. My vehicle may be old but the model is still being marketed (May be with a different nomenclature). Only change will be with electronic components. The mechanical components remain the same.
These aspects have really disappointed me. How can i travel safely and confidently on the road with a nagging feeling that my vehicle has a problem.
Trust you will look into the issue with earnest sincerity and ensure that there is no recurrence of the same in future.
