Hero Motocorp — super splendor gear shifting problem

To much gear shifting problem. I had already avoid to meet an accident three times due to this problem because after emergeny break instead of pickup the bike it got shut off due to gear not get down. I am to much disappointed. To get resolve the issue tewatia (Ballabgarh showroom) don`t have spare parts. Please repair this asap. I have purchase it in june 2017.
