Hero Motocorp — The new scooter does not handed over as promised

I booked a scooter hero pleasure from zion automobiles mallappally, Kerala. By 14 January .they we're assured that the scooter will be handed over on or before 21 January. but until today they haven't given the scooter, every time simply changes date and irresponsible reply they were giving.in between, they called and ask to give more money in advance.please verify your agent credibility .its very disappointing
