Mysel[censored]JJWAL PAUL, residing in Agartala, Tripura (W). This is to inform that for the 3rd time I am having trouble with the newly purchased Hero HUNK motor-bike. It has been purchased from an Authorized dealer in Agartala, Tripura (West). Last time the bike has been repaired locally and delivered to me telling problem is with the Gear-part and that part will be changed and furtrher there will be no problem. The bike has been diagnosed with manufacturing fault as stated by TSM here previously but they dont want to change the bike.Previous Complain had been already lodged with Hero-motocorp on dated 02.11.2016. and complain ID is[protected] and 189. That time i took the delivery after 27 days with objection. This is quite intolerable and raising questions towards the goodwill of your company. This time I would not compromise and need a complete replacement of the bike. Either I would be forced to take some legal actions toward this issue. This can be case of customer harassment. Since, I have faith on the goodwill of your company and i did the maximum compromise, so I am just waiting for your strong and immediate action.
