Hero Motocorp — two wheeler given for service not returned for more than 6 days for unreliable reasons

I have purchased hero duet from sarathy bikes thiruninravur-602024 on 06/02/2019. Within 4 months vehicle self start stopped functioning, when taken to the service center they judged it might be battery problem.
Till date no action is taken by the center for replacement of the same and my vehicle is idle for more than 6 days.
Should i take this issue to next level.
