I have Passion Xpro vehicle ( KA19EG5438), i had Tyre problem, after running for 20K kilometer i have been asked to change the Tyre as Tyre has only 1 year warranty. . I bought new Tyre on[protected]Bill attached) after running for three month same problem repeated, i asked them, to check they told no such problem, they told there was puncture ( bill attached) future there will be no such problem, After two month again i faced same problem.Again they told its puncture ( bill attached). I asked them to replace. now they are telling Tyre warranty in only for 1year.

They are asking me to complaint to TVS as they are the manufacturer. I WANT THIS TO BE ESCALATED.

Now total kilometer ran only 42K second Tyre also not in good condition to ride. once in two days i have to go and fill air.

Already raised complaint to customer care REF No[protected]

Please check. replace the Tyre ASAP.
