Hero Motocorp — unethical behaviour by company employee | |||
I had purchase a hero motocorp passion pro 110 dt 14.05.2018 from shiva enterprises. From the 1st day a problem occur in bike like wiring issue, auto start issue and now from the last 2 months i face lock issue whenever i visit that showroom the employees told me "at this time we don't have lock". Only i know how to manage my job with this condition (Lock problem). I had visited 4-5 time for replacing the lock but every time they returned me with the answer "at this this lock not in stock". Now i have lost 2nd key of my bike and they are saying when you have both 1 and 2 key after that we can replace the lock. Was this information helpful? | |||
