Hero Motocorp — unjustified delay for handing over of number plate

Updated by Ambar Ray L I have purchased a Super Spl (i33) (iv), Engine No JA 05EGH9F01463 on 15/06/2017 from RAJU AUTOMOBILES, your authorized Sales & Services at Jamda ( Main Road ), Jhargram, PIN-721507 ( Contact No. [protected] / [protected] ) with on road price of Rs. 69, 420/-, but it is most unfortunate that- the Sales & Service Center could not hand over the Original Bill, Number Plate to me, for which I can not drive my new vehicle. Today, 01/08/2017, when I met with the salesmen of this Center, I observed, who will purchased bike from this center from January, 2017, their number plate also still pending to hand over the customer. Almost, I think - there is a communication gap between company and sales & service center for proper nursing of the customer. Please, see the matter immediately, otherwise proper complain will be lodged at Consumers Affairs department for claiming the proper justice.
