Hero Motocorp — Vehicle Part Replacement Complaint | |||
Please consider this as a grievance mail which is related to the service quality I have received. I have been using Hero XPulse 200 since January 2020 purchased from SPEED MOTORS, Thoppumpady (Kochi, Kerala) showroom. Since then I am doing vehicle service only in company authorized showrooms, usually doing it from NEW MARIYA MOTORS Kizhakambalam showroom as my office nearby it. Last November onwards I encountered this dilemma as my vehicle’s center mono shock absorber got damaged, it can be replaced under the warranty claim as I am within the coverage period. But the problem here is this part is not available in the showroom. Since then I have been requesting and waiting for replacement. The showroom people have also assured that they are doing the maximum possible for availing the damaged part, but nothing happened till now. I am a person travelling approximately 60 kms per day using this vehicle to commute back and forth to my office. Seriously I am not sure how much impact it has on my health.
