This is to inform you that I, Srimanta Ganguly, have purchased a Pleasure + (VX) on 10th May 2021 from M/S Siddhi Sree Vinayaka Motrs (Adds. - Srinivasa Complex, no. 5-6-148/3, Ramagundam, Peddapally, Telangana, 505215, statecode-36, contact no. - [protected]). The travelled distance of my vehicle is approx. 5400 km and have availed last servicing on 28.01.2022 servicing from the above mentioned dealer. Also, apart from the servicing I took my vehicle at least 15 times to the service centre to rectify my vehicle problem persisting before the first servicing but with deep grievance I am to acknowledge that neither my problem was solved nor got any proper dealings. Moreover, during my 2nd servicing I was informed that gear box bearing would be replaced as it got damage. With height of surprise to me, I was to change the bearing with my cost but how could within 07 months of purchase bearing be damaged.
