Hero Motocorp — Vishal Automobiles is not giving my registration paper

Sir I bought Hero Splendor from your Vishal Auto Mobile on 30/12/2019 whose registration paper I have not received till date, May have gone more than 20 times but I am driven away by saying that come later sir i am very upset please help me
