Hero Motocorp — Wheel bend

I ordered and received one Hero Dtb with Double suspension speed Bicycle worth of Rs.5380/-, MY order NO.[protected].I already complained to you last week about the front wheel Breakshoes missing and wheel bend to unable to run.A phone received and attended for this complaint ask the bill particulars.I cant received any bill from the courier company only sign and collect the money and issue the Bicyle.I ask he say inside the parcel.But in the parcel no such bill or invoice not found.Please take the order No and check the details about the product and do needful.
