Greetings of the Day!!
I've purchased my new bike from "RK Automobile" Glamour FI and on the 8th of August, there is the first service of my bike. On that day one of the Employee broke the part of my bike of which pictures are attached and when my Father said about this to the general manager they told him that as per our policy if any damage happened while servicing then we are not responsible for it and deny to repair it and after a long argue he said that wait for 3 days Within 3 days I'll tell you what else can be done and when after 3 days my father called him he said to wait for another 2 days and today it's 16th of August till now I haven't received any kind of revert from his side and for the same I've raised complaint as well on 12th of August to Customer support my complaint number is[protected] and still my bike is in the same condition which is damaged. Now I'm pissed of such service and now for me, only last resort is Social media because it's been around 10 days I raised a complaint on customer support and also sent mail to a nodal officer but still I haven't received any kind of resolution or reply from any end.
Kindly resolve it as soon as you can because I'm just pissed of that pathetic service and that General Manager. I hope at least I'll get a positive response from your side soon.
