Hero Motocorp — Wrong Commitment by Service Center

Dear sir,
I have given my Bike BR01BJ1512 on dt 27th Jan 22 at Service Center S P Verma Road, Patna, Receiver of Bike has Given Estimate Approx 7000 with Annual Service Pack 2 and Told You may Receive Some discount on this amt also.

When I have visited at Service center then he has given bill of total Amt 7558+666=8224.

I have explain my earlier discussion about estimate rate to manage but he has not agreed and told me it is my mistake to listen.

Request to you plz chek why wrong update given by Service Center and whyn't manager verified with his Staff.

Still not resolve my issue. I have visited at Service center on dt 29th Jan but still not provide the solution.
